Our Story
Founded to cut the cost of agency labour.
HMJ Global was founded by people who had spent years working inside the mission critical construction sector — and who understood, first-hand, the friction that comes with sourcing specialist labour at scale.
Too often, the right people weren't available when they were needed. Compliance frameworks were inconsistent. Mobilisation was slow. And the quality of labour didn't match the complexity of the programmes it was being deployed on.
But the issue that drove us to act was cost. Traditional agency models were adding significant, avoidable expense to every placement — fees that had no bearing on the quality of the outcome. We launched HMJ Global specifically to combat that: to deliver the same calibre of specialist labour, compliantly and at pace, without the inflated agency overhead.
Since launching, we have saved our clients over £603,000 in recruitment fees — and counting.
